Refugee Week 2016

This week is national Refugee Week. Here at Granton we started with an assembly to talk about how someone may become a Refugee. We then looked at examples of Refugees who have become entrepreneurs and the products they have made. We also talked about the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and thought about what Rights a refugee may be denied and how that may make us feel. This week we will be looking at lots more stories of how Refugees have created products to make their lives better, to link in with our enterprise work this term.
