Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

At the end of a hectic week for the Eco-team, we travelled to Wandsworth's Riverside Recycling Centre to investigate how our school rubbish is disposed of and to see if we can improve our recycling at school.

We were amazed at the amount of rubbish that is produced in our area, but pleasantly surprised at how much can be recycled.  This has inspired us to encourage even more recycling at Granton in the future.

At the end of our tour we were shown by Liz how to make our own recycled paper, which was great fun and gave us some ideas for future fundraising.
