NSPCC Number Day Update!

Thank you all for your enthusiam in supporting the NSPCC by taking part in the nationwide Number Day on Friday 13th February 2015.  Number Day at Granton was a fun-packed event, in which children took part in a range of exciting maths activities to raise money and make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children across the UK.  The NSPCC urgently needs funds to protect even more children from abuse and neglect. With your help and by your child taking part in Number Day, the NSPCC can continue to be there through its projects and services including ChildLine – the UK’s free, confidential 24-hour helpline and online service for children and young people in distress or danger, as well as the NSPCC’s helpline for adults who are concerned about a child.

Everybody enjoyed ‘Dressing up in Digits’ and we especially enjoyed taking part in fun-filled ‘Who wants to be a Mathionaire?’ challenges in the Hall throughout the day.  We look forward to sharing the final amount raised for the NSPCC once it has all been counted!

Have a look at the photos below for a snapshot of what Number Day 2015 looked like at Granton!
