Green Team visit to Roots and Shoots

For the first time in ages the sun peeped throught the clouds as we set out to visit Roots and Shoots.  We were met by David who runs Roots and Shoots and he showed us around their nature area.  We investigated the plants that attract bees; the bees themselves and their homes; habitats for different animals including their amazing pond.  We were particularly interested in the pond as we want to improve our own.  Photographs of the children investigating these habitats and wildlife can be seen in the gallery.
