Central London Champions 2013!
On Monday 4th March the GPS Athletics Team went to the Central London Sportshall Athletics Final as the Lambeth representative school. Having already performed very strongly at the Lambeth qualifiers the team felt confident that they could achieve something special- and they did just that!
The team were the overall winners of the Central London Finals and now qualify for the Youth Games at Crystal Palace later this month. This is a fantastic achievement. The school would like to congratulate the pupils and staff that have worked so hard for this success. A big thank you also to the parents and carers that travelled with the team and offered much appreciated support.
