Award-winning Author Sara Grant
Following our wonderful day enjoying the stories and encouragement of Sara Grant, the author emailed Mr Terrey to say the following;
"To say I was impressed with the students and faculty at Granton is an understatement. The school was bursting with energy and enthusiasm. Every teacher and classroom sparked with creativity. The students clearly understood the basics -- and beyond -- of story. They easily engaged in my creative writing exercises -- exceeding my expectations with so many original ideas. And the questions they asked about crafting stories and my influences were far and away the most thoughtful and insightful questions I'd ever received from students of their age. I wish all my school visits were as well organized and engaging as my day at Granton!"
